Warranty and Returns

Limited Lifetime Warranty on all our Products

(yes, you read that correctly)

We choose materials that are strong enough for the military, and we stand behind their durability. We are committed to offering our customers a lifetime warranty on all of our products, so you can feel confident that you are covered for all future parenting missions.

This warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser. All refunds and exchanges are issued at the discretion of Mission Critical.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damages caused by normal wear and tear (i.e., zipper wear, Velcro wear, etc.)

  • Defects resulting from repair or alteration of the product (except by Mission Critical)

  • Defects resulting from improper use, including any use or care not in accordance with the product instructions

  • Damages resulting from airlines or airport staff

  • Defects resulting from improper storage, such as outdoors or in damp environments

  • Cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the product (such as scratches or stained fabrics).

  • Any damage to, loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses are not covered

  • Products that are re-sold, given away, or in any other case where you are not the first and original owner

  • Products without receipt or proof of purchase

  • Products purchased outside of North America

  • Products that are not purchased through an authorized Mission Critical retailer (online or in-store)

Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Warranty Repair Policy Details

If your item qualifies under our warranty, your only responsibility is to get it to us. Once the product is received along with the warranty repair form, we will evaluate the claim within 7-10 business days. If the claim meets our guidelines, we will repair your product at our discretion. 

Please keep in mind that California State law requires that all items accepted for repair be freshly cleaned. This is a baby company, which means you have been using our products with your pooping, drooling, projectile vomiting baby.  Please help us provide a clean and safe environment for our employees by cleaning your product before you send it to us. If we determine that your bag needs to be cleaned, we will return it to you without repair. We do not offer cleaning services ourselves. When sending your bag to use for a warranty claim we recommend using a service like UPS or FedEx which will give you a tracking number. Once your bag is safely in our hands the warranty process will begin.


Return/Exchange Policy

Mission Critical offers a 30-day return policy to exchange or receive a full refund, less the cost of shipping.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items without receipt or proof of purchase
  • Items purchased on sale
  • Items not purchased on missioncritical.cc (purchases made at one of our retailers, must be returned to them directly)
  • Used items, without all tags and/or wraps attached
